I first visited Dan, after having several unsuccessful experiences with other manual therapists, with long term lower back problems. My lower back pain was on and off for years with intermittent, random episodes of sharp intense pain leaving me unable to walk let alone go to work.
Dan took great time and care to thoroughly explain what was wrong with my back. He was approachable and easy to talk to, I felt reassured I was in capable hands.
I felt an immediate benefit from the first session, after another 2 sessions I could sleep at night with no pain and could sit comfortably at my desk at work for much longer. The treatment and exercises Dan provided have helped me no end.
I would recommend this service to everyone!

I contacted Dan as i had very tight shoulders and neck pain. Dan explained the pain was a result of sitting at a desk for many hours a day with poor posture.
The treatment Dan provided was fast acting and effective! My shoulder didn't feel so tight and the neck pain soon abated.
He provided excellent advice about desk based posture for me to work on and exercises to prevent this pain from coming back.

I had a very painful and debilitating neck issue that had been on and off for years; it would not go away. However, after a few weeks of treatment with Dan, the problem disappeared and my neck has been perfect ever since.
I was impressed with Dan; not just because of his professional and relaxing manner but also for his amazing knowledge of the human body. He explained very clearly the problem with my neck and the steps towards resolving it.
He gave exercises to ensure the problem wouldn't come back. The sessions were enjoyable and i will certainly be going back if any other problems arise.
I cannot recommend Dan enough!
